SNAP-REP (short for Snap and Report) is a technical defect reporting channel launched to provide members and guests with a quick and easy way of alerting us, AFD TOPCC, to any technical defect they come across while travelling within the Twin Oaks Place Condominium Complex.
Members and guests simply need to snap photos of the defects with their mobile devices and send them using WhatsApp to +63-920-952-xxxx with details such as the Elevator number, date, time, location, and a short description of the defect. We are all encouraged to use the one-way feedback channel responsibly. SNAP-REP is available from 8.30am to 5.30pm daily.
